Support Student Engagement and Campus Life | Homecoming 2025

Home Begins With Us is all about helping Hokies to find their place. While coming to college can feel daunting and overwhelming at times, I believe that no one should feel alone. With so many wonderful organizations and opportunities at Virginia Tech, it may only take one step outside of your comfort zone to build strong friendships and make lasting memories.

My partnering organization, Student Engagement and Campus Life (SECL), fosters connections around campus by hosting meaningful events, cultivating affirming environments, and providing opportunities for people to come together to try something new. With a presence well-known across our campus, SECL strives to make the college experience a little bit better for every student who comes by.

All gifts will go toward SECL, providing the funding to give students opportunities to have fun and make new friends.

Thank you in advance for your gift!
