Support Nawras Zalzala and Virginia Tech Union - Homecoming 2022

My sponsoring organization, the Virginia Tech Union, is the largest programming board at Virginia Tech. As a University Chartered Student Organization, we use tuition fees to put on events, concerts, and opportunities for VT students. As VP of Membership Development, my job is to build our general body to ensure a variety of opinions and perspectives are considered when planning large school-wide events. VTU aims to put on events that the majority of the student body will appreciate. Gifts to our organization will allow us to put on larger events, bring more well-known artists, and offer more opportunities during the school year. 

My platform, Celebrating Diversity, is focused on bringing attention to the multiple cultural groups on campus and ensuring everyone feels like they belong at VT, regardless of where you come from. I have had personal experience with working to find my place on campus, and want to support students who are going through that same experience.

Gifts of any amount will go towards supporting Virginia Tech Union's events and programs and will help broaden our capabilities as a programming board.
