Thanks to your support through donations and shares we have reached $1,000! This will significantly help reduce the cost of camp for many families, but let's keep the momentum going. The campaign officially ends October 31 at 11:59PM.

#JUMPforDinwiddie4H for Prizes!
We are encouraging people to participate in our JUMP Challenge for great prizes! How to enter:
1) Upload to Facebook or Instagram of your best photo jumping in the air.
2) Use the hashtag #JUMPforDinwiddie4H in your caption,
3) Add the link to our donation page (https://crowdfund.vt.edu/din4hcamp), and
4) Challenge at least one friend. (Photo must be public for us to see)
Winners will be selected based on the most number of likes + comments + shares.
Prizes:
- one early reserved 2020 Dinwiddie 4-H Junior Camp spot for a boy (must meet age requirements, pay fees, and complete paperwork)
- one early reserved 2020 Dinwiddie 4-H Junior Camp spot for a girl (must meet age requirements, pay fees, and complete paperwork)
- one $50 visa gift card for an adult
- Stadium cups for first 500 participants at the Dinwiddie County Fair (Oct 11-13)

Training Support
Donations at this level will be used to help alleviate the costs associate with volunteer training. All camp volunteers must receive a minimum of 24 hours of training. This can be both costly in time and financially especially for the teens who serve as counselors and CITs.

Teen Counselor Support
Donations made to support the teen counselors will help subsidize their costs to attend camp and make it a wholesome environment for our campers. Teen Counselors are critical to making camp safe.

Partial Scholarships
This donation will cover some of the cost for campers and families that need a little help paying for camp.

This donation will provide funding for one youth to attend the Dinwiddie 4-H Junior Camp.

Overnight Teen Training
Each year we try to host an overnight training for our teen counselors to practice team building and learn the in's and out's of being a camp counselor. This is costly activity for our teens and many cannot afford the cost of the various trainings.
