Our Crowdfunding Groups
The Big Event at Virginia Tech is a student-run community service event that is the second largest Big Event in the nation. Each year students, faculty and staff come together to complete community service projects around the New River Valley. A goal of The Big Event is to thank the residents for opening up their homes to us and to strengthen the relationship between the university and the surrounding community.
We need to raise $2,018 in order to buy supplies for the event. These supplies range from rakes, shovels, and gloves. By raising this amount of money for necessary supplies we will be able to complete more projects this year!
This donation enables us to buy two pairs of gloves to help us complete projects.

This donation amount enables us to buy three hedge shears to help us complete more projects.
This donation amount enables us to buy ten hand saws to help us complete more projects.
