This year marks the 150th anniversary of the founding of Virginia Tech. For the past century and a half, Hokies from all walks of life have worked together to win hard-fought victories, make groundbreaking discoveries, and share in incredible accomplishments.
The strength and dedication of the Hokie Nation is what makes this success possible. Every student’s journey toward graduation is impacted by the community of supporters who choose to give back. For some students, that generosity is what makes it possible for them to pursue their dreams.
Since it began in 2017, the Beyond Boundaries Scholars program has helped more than 475 students benefit from a life-changing Virginia Tech education. Their journeys to become the leaders and innovators of tomorrow started with the support of fellow Hokies ready to invest in their success.

These Hokie Stone pieces come in a variety of sizes, shapes, and colors. Each one is unique and comes with a limited-edition Sesquicentennial Anniversary case and a Certificate of Authenticity verifying that it was excavated and cut at the university quarry in Southwest Virginia. One piece of Hokie Stone will be provided per gift of $15 or more. Stones are expected to ship in mid-October.
